Brave Powers

About Brave Powers

Built by a dad and his daughter.

Brave Powers began with a real family routine during a hard season. Mat built the first version. Nilsy helped turn it into something a kid would actually want to use.

Where it started

It started with a question.

Mat wanted Nilsy to know she could rely on herself. Not because she needed him less, but because keeping small promises builds trust in yourself.

They chose a small number of useful daily steps together. Nilsy could see what she had agreed to do, take ownership of it and recognise what she had done.

“Do you want Brave Powers today?”

That family routine became an offline app. It gives families a simple way to set daily steps without ads, tracking or children's accounts.

What we believe

What the app should do

Kids deserve the credit

Brave Powers gives children a clear structure, but the effort and result are theirs.

Privacy is built in

The app works offline, children do not need accounts, and there are no ads or tracking.

Missed days are part of it

The app records a missed day without shame or a threat to lose a streak. Families can start again the next day.
